This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to conduct the transfer counseling for Block Resource Teacher Educators in accordance with G.O.Ms.(1D) No.134, School Education Department [Pa.Ka.5(1)], dated 18.08.2021 on the file of the first respondent 1/3

within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to respondents to conduct a transfer counseling and now a notification has been issued by the Department for conducting the transfer counseling.

5. Recording the submissions made the counsel for the parties, as nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petiton, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
