ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2025, on the file of the Sub Court, Ambattur to the Family Court, Trichy.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner wife has filed G.W.O.P.No.192 of 2025 and is seeking custody of the child. Admittedly, as on date, the child is with the mother.
3.Apart from taking care of 3 years old child, the petitioner is working in Trichy and hence, she is not able to travel to Ambattur, Chennai.
4.It is seen that mediation is going on at Trichy and one sitting was over.
5.Considering the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2025, on the file of the Sub Court, Ambattur to the Family Court, Trichy. 6.As far as the visitation rights of the father and the parents of the father is concerned, they are at liberty to visit the child at home and not at the school. The petitioner is directed to make necessary arrangements for their visit. This is only an interim order, as far as the custody of the child is concerned. The parties are at liberty to contest the G.W.O.P.No.192 of 2025 for the custody of child.

7.Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
