This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondent to pass orders finalizing the disciplinary proceedings in file No.28680/E3/2015 of the respondent herein in so far as the petitioner is concerned with is such time as this Court may direct.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner

without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondent is directed to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to the charge memo dated, 06.06.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
