[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] Challenging the eviction notice issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
2. The dispute is in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.1231, at Rajapuram Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, in Karur District.
3. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate produced a letter of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.A1/2267/2016, dated 20.10.2016, wherein the Tahsildar has stated that encroachment has already been removed on 03.09.2016. is, therefore, dismissed, however, leaving it open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
