ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to refund the excess amount of Rs.47,500/- collected from the petitioners towards the registration of the cancellation deed vide Document No. 1951/2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
