Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to take action as per the direction of the second respondent in his proceeding No.Na.Ka.A7/1632/14, dated 15.09.2015 and thereby sanction the assistance to the petitioner given under the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Memorial Marriage Scheme.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Memorial Marriage Scheme on 10.08.2015. Considering the said application, the second respondent by an order, dated 15.09.2015, directed the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and file his report. But so far, no order has been passed and the application is pending with the second respondent.

4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
