ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the investigation of the case in Crime No.10 of 2026 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the 2nd respondent for a fresh and further investigation in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint with regard to swindling of money from the petitioner's account. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that on considering the petitioner's complaint, an FIR in Crime No.10 of 2026 has been registered on 07.03.2026.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.10 of 2026 dated 07.03.2026, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent police is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to appriase the progress of the investigation to the first respondent every Friday.
