Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Murugan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R3. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent of issue tender schedules for all the works mentioned in tender notification, vide proceedings 1/3
in Na.Ka. No.1953/2020/A2 dated 17.11.2020 on the file of the third respondent.
3. Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that the respondents are prepared to furnish a copy of the tender schedules pertaining to the tender notification, dated 17.11.2020 to the petitioner, subject to the petitioner paying the necessary charges for the same.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions would submit that, the petitioner is prepared to collect the tender schedules on payment of the necessary charges on 01.11.2020.
5. Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the necessary charges for issuance of tender schedules under the tender notification, dated 17.11.2020 issued by the third respondent on or before 01.12.2020 and on such payment, the third respondent shall issue tender schedules to the petitioner immediately to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender, which is scheduled to be be opened on 03.12.2020.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.14444 of 2020 is closed.
