ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.03.2025 and grant permission / license to run the Brick Kiln chambers.

2. In the petitioner's application the Revenue Inspector and Village Administrative Officer had submitted a report on 21.04.2025 to the Tahsildar and the said report is in favour of the petitioner. However, the 4th respondnet/Tahsildar has not passed any order. The Tahsildar has to accept the report or reject it, but he is keeping the file pending without passing any order.

3. Therefore, the 4th respondent/Tahsildar is directed to pass an appropriate orders within as period of One week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and thereafter the Revenue Divisional Officer/3rd respondent shall pass order within a period of one week thereafter, and the 1st respondent shall pass orders within a period of four weeks therefrom. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
