O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the terminal benefits and all other consequential benefits with interest in accordance with law as per the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The petitioner was joined duty as and attendor on 01.02.1989 in the fourth respondent Mill. Subsequently he was promoted as Secretary and continued in service till the date of liquidation, i.e., 30.07.2014. On the same day, he was relieved from service. As the fourth respondent has not paid the terminal benefits, he sent a representation dated 02.08.2016 to the respondents and the same is pending without any orders being passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.There is an undertaking on behalf of the fourth respondent that the retirement benefits will be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The fourth respondent is personally present before this Court as per order passed by this Court on 03.10.2016 and ensures that the undertaking will be complied with.
6.Accordingly, the fourth respondent is directed to disburse the terminal benefits and all other consequential benefits with interest as per the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2016.
7.The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
