The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forebear the second respondent from conducting further enquiry based on the summon dated 03.08.2016 by interfering in the civil dispute at the instance of the third respondent.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
