Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to regularize the service of the petitioners w.e.f.17.02.2000; 16.02.2000 and 30.06.2000 respectively i.e. from the date of joining in the regular post as animal husbandry assistant and direct the respondents to sanction increment w.e.f. 17.02.2001; 16.02.2001 and 30.06.2001 respectively, with all consequential service and monetary benefits taking into account of order made in W.A.No.1271 of 2012 dated 23.04.2014 and in the light of G.O.Ms.No.185, Animal husbandry dairying and fisheries (AH6) department, dated 22.09.2015 to similarly placed person and by considering the petitioners' representations, dated 24.05.2016 and 09.06.2016 respectively, within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

These writ petitions have been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date of their joining in the regular post as animal husbandry assistants and direct the respondents to sanction increment w.e.f. 17.02.2001; 16.02.2001 and 30.06.2001 respectively, with all consequential service and monetary benefits taking into account of order made in W.A.No.1271 of 2012 dated 23.04.2014 and in the light of G.O.Ms.No.185, Animal husbandry dairying and fisheries (AH6) department, dated 22.09.2015 by considering the petitioners' representations, dated 24.05.2016 and 09.06.2016 respectively, within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.By the order dated 23.04.2014, passed in the Writ Appeal No.1271 of 2012, the respondents therein were directed to grant regularisation of the petitioner therein from the date of his initial appointment.

4.Contending that the petitioners herein also similarly placed persons with that of the petitioner in W.A.No.1271 of 2012 and they are also entitled to the same order, representations dated 24.05.2016, 09.06.2016 and 24.05.2016 respectively were given to the respondents.

5.Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 24.05.2016, 09.06.2016 and 24.05.2016 respectively, in the light of the order passed in W.A.No.1271 of 2012, dated 23.04.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.185, Animal husbandry dairying and fisheries (AH6) department, dated 22.09.2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
