Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.191/Mines/2015, dated 15.06.2016 quash the same and directing the respondents to take necessary action with regard to the irregularities carried out by the fifth respondent.
