3.The petitioner expressing some grievance against the third respondent/Sub-Registrar submitted a representation before the first respondent/the Inspector General of Registration on 24.08.2016 and the same is pending with the first respondent and so far no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
