This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the 4th respondent society by implementing the order of regularization passed by the Inspector of Labour in Na.Ka.No.562 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014.

2.The learned standing counsel for 4th respondent has produced a copy of the order dated 17.10.2016, by which the services of the petitioner has been regularised.

3.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(RTI) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
