O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub-ordinate Court, Thirumangalam, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2.Notice ordered by this Court on 23.09.2022 on the respondent and his counsel appears to have been served. The petitioner has also filed an affidavit of proof of service by enclosing a copy of the acknowledgement card evidencing the receipt of the notice, the respondent has not appeared. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2021 from the Sub-ordinate Court, Thirumangalam to the Family Court, Trichy. The Family Court, Trichy, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
