ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9074 of 2019, dated 15/05/2019, for surrendering the petitioner/Accused No.1 before the Additional Sessions Court (Mahila Court), Theni.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since she is unable to execute sureties and hence she could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
