ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.70 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 109 IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant with a wooden log. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having sixteen previous cases in his credit. 2/3

5. Considering the nature of offence, antecedent of the petitioner and also considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
