This is a writ of mandamus seeking direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioners' representation dated 05.10.2015 and the reminder dated 15.02.2016 to absorb them into regular establishment on par with their juniors as per the rules for absorption followed in G.O.Ms.No.443, dated 27.021987; G.O.Ms.No.1627, dated 13.08.1987 and G.O.(D)No.351, dated 05.08.2010 within a reasonable time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.Though the prayer is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be sufficient if the petitioners' representation dated 05.10.2015 and the reminder dated 15.02.2016 are directed to be considered. 4.Under such circumstances, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners' dated 05.10.2015 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.443, dated 27.021987; G.O.Ms.No.1627, dated 13.08.1987 and G.O.(D)No.351, dated 05.08.2010 and to pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
