ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent and he seeks disposal of the same. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent will have to be necessarily heard before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
