2.By order dated 29.02.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.158 of 2008 on or before 30.06.2024. 3.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.6339/2025, dated 30.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 29.02.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
