*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a direction for appointing Special Officer for managing the Pachaiperumal Ayyanar Temple situated at Ariyapuram, Kottarakuruchi Village, Srivaikuntam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

the counsel for the fourth respondent herein. It is now seen that the third respondent herein had already submitted a report dated 18.10.2016 to the second respondent herein. 3.The second respondent is the competent authority to take a decision in the matter. The second respondent is therefore directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2017 and take a decision and pass orders in accordance with law, after hearing,the petitioner herein as well as the fourth respondent. Since the fourth respondent is the affected party, due opportunity should be given to him to put forth his case. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
