2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent/Village Administrative Officer, has not issued copies

of the revenue records sought for by the petitioner. In such circumstances, he made a complaint to the Authorities to take action against the fourth respondent on 15.07.2016. Since no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 3, once again, he made another complaint on 19.08.2016. Even then, no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that taking into consideration the various complaints filed against the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent was transferred from Thirumalapuram to Subramaniyapuram, vide order dated 16.11.2016 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
