PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from registering the documents in respect of the landed property to an extent of 30 cents comprised in Old Survey No.145/2, New Survey No.145/7 based on wrongly mutated Patta No.1855 in the name of the fourth Respondent situated at Ilankaran Village, Kanjirankal Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District, which is subject to the pending enquiry in Na.Ka.A1/2862/2025 dated 26.05.2025 before the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the third respondent from registering the documents in respect of the property to an extent of 30 cents comprised in Old Survey No. 145/2, New Survey No.145/7 situated at Ilankaran Village, Kanjirankal Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the wrongly mutated Patta No. 1855 in the name of the fourth respondent, which is subject to the pending enquiry in Na.Ka.A1/2862/2025 dated 26.05.2025 before the second respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Earlier, the petitioner had filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.13933 of 2025, in which this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders. However, the matter is still pending before the authorities. Again, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the above said prayer.

In view of the same, the official respondents are directed consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meantime, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court and obtain an interim injunction within a period of four (4) weeks.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.06.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr 3/4
