O R D E R

By the representation, dated 03.09.2016, there was a complaint by the petitioner to the official respondents that the fifth respondent was collecting parking fee illegally from the vehicles parked by the petitioner on either side of the Koodal Alagar Perumal Koil Sannathi Street, Madurai, which was in contravention of the license granted to the fifth respondent. 2.As no action was taken on the representation, dated 03.09.2016, this writ of Mandamus has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for them to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.09.2016 and to take appropriate action in respect of the same.

4.The submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents is hereby recorded. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to take appropriate action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
