ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in PRC No.128 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 336, 332, 333,188 r/w.149 of IPC , seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in PRC No.128 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 26.09.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
