This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 05.04.2017, regarding the selection of college committee members from the 5th respondent society.
2.According to the petitioner, he is a general body member of the 5th respondent society. Alleging that there are some irregularities in conducting election to the 5th respondent society, he made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the members of the 5th respondent society. But, so far, his representation was not considered, hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
