ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the second respondent to enquire into the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint in respect of cheating of Rs.4,00,000/- by the accused and the earlier complaint was closed by the respondent Police and again he has sent another complaint to the second respondent dated 30.03.2017, but the said complaint is still enquired by the respondents herein. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction in the nature of Writ to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 30.03.2017.

4.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, who has taken notice for the respondents submitted that a representation dated 30.03.2017 was given by the petitioner herein and the same is also pending.

5.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to enquire the representation dated 30.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.This Writ Petition is ordered accordingly.
