ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue 'Mining Dues Clearance Certificate' to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's application dated 20.06.2015 followed by the reminders dated 20.05.2016 and 22.08.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent had already given a reply to the petitioner pointing out the dues.
