ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action based on the complaints dated 04.11.2016 and 09.11.2016 by way of registering the case against the third respondent, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complaints dated 04.11.2016 and 09.11.2016 to the first and second respondents respectively and they have not taken any action so far for the reasons best known to them by putting the same is cold storage.

Pleader, who has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the complaint dated 04.11.2016 was taken on file and C.S.R.No.751 of 2016 was assigned in the application and the second respondent is prepared to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible.

5.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint dated 04.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months.
