COMMON Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order Land Acquisition Arbitration Nos.(Trichy)23437 and 23432 of 2018 passed by the third respondent, dated 21.06.2019 and to quash the same to direct the respondents to pay the compensation four times the market value under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 or alternatively hand over the possession of the land.
