Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue the separate patta in my name and my sister's name said Vimaladevi to the land bearing S.No.366 to an extent of 10 Acres situated at Thadikombu Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District based on my online application dated 19.03.2025 made to the 3rd respondent.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue separate Patta in the name of the petitioner and her sister Vimaladevi in respect of the property situated in S.No.366/4 with an extent of 10 Acres at Thadikombu Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 19.03.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner acquired right over 7 acres out of 11.50 acres in the above mentioned survey number under Gift Deed executed by his father dated 22.03.1984. The joint Patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner, her sister Vimaladevi 2/6
and four others in Patta No.6289. The petitioner submitted an online application on 16.06.2025 in A.No.2025/0105/13/470727, seeking issuance of separate Patta, however the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 in A.No. 2025/0105/13/470727 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, Co-Pattadhars in Patta No.6289 and other interested parties. 3/6
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
