ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No. 412 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in this case, the petitioner is the defacto complainant. Due to civil dispute, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the private respondents. For the same, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.25 of 2014, for the offences under Section 120(b), 406, 420, 468, 465, 467 and 471 IPC and after completion of investigation filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and the same had been taken cognizance as C.C.No. 412 of 2021.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case is posted on 26.08.2022, for framing of charges. 2/4

4.I have considered the submissions made by both the parties. 5.On a perusal of records, it seen that the accused persons in C.C.No. 412 of 2021, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, appeared before the trial Court on 25.07.2022 and now, it is posted on 26.08.2022, for framing of charges.

6.In view of the above facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, is directed to speed up the trial in C.C.No.412 of 2021 and dispose of the same, within a period of one year, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
