O R D E R

(Order of the Court by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.,) This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.242/Aa3/2013 dated 17.04.2013 with respect of allotment of the land in Survey No.50/29 measuring extent of 6592 sq. meters in Ottankulam Village, Virudhungar District in favour of the Panchayat Union Middle School, Ottankulam Village, Virudhungar District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Perusal of the record would show that a proposal has been submitted by the respondent No.4 as early as on 17.04.2013. The fate of the said proposal has not been known. 4.In such view of the matter, the respondent No.1 is directed to take appropriate action on the above proposal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already taken.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
