ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.898 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to any other Police Official other than the third respondent to complete the investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.898 of 2022 and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Madurai on 12.02.2024 (Today). 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
