[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments in certain water bodies after undertaking survey of the same. The writ petitioner has already given a representation dated 20.03.2017.

2.This Court directs the third respondent herein to take action as per law, for removal of the encroachment in question after complying with due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
