ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.26 of 2022 within a period of three month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
