ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to survey the land situated in S.No.9/3A with an extent of 18 cent at Viraganoor Village, Madurai South Zone, Madurai District
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent 1 and 2.
3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are to be passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to them are dispense with. 2/6
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by his grandfather in the year 1941. After death of his grandfather, the petitioner's father had been enjoying the property and after the death of the petitioner's father, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property from the year 1961. The patta and other revenue records also stands in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an online application on 21.04.2025 in A.No.2025/N123/24/010936, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered by this Court. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025 and pass final orders on its 3/6
own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents 3 to 5 and other interested parties.
7. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
