ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No. 1214 of 2020. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, the accused persons harassed the petitioner. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 1214 of 2020 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
