ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take immediate and necessary action to ensure unobstructed access to the petitioner's property through the ancestral cart-tract situated between Survey Numbers 282, 283 and 284 of R.S. Vaiyampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2025.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
