ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was employed as Assistant General Manager in the Aavin. When the petitioner reached the age of superannuation, he was suspended from service. It was because the charges were pending against him since 2021.

3. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the charges referred to in the impugned order dated 31.03.2023 and conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I hope that the first respondent will stick to the time line and not apply for extension.
