Prayer in WP(MD) No.16302/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or order of direction in the nature of writ to directing the 1 to 3 respondents to cancel the illegal tender and to conduct a fresh tender/re-tender 1/3

in respect of item No.12 related to collection of charges in Thavittuchanthi Market in Zone No.3 item No.6,8 and 9 related to collection of charges in Jeyhindpuram Daily Market, Thirunagar Mettupaguthi Weekly Market (Tuesday) and Subramaniayapuram Market in Zone No.4 and Item No.13 related to collection of charges in Public Pay Toilet nearby Old Ramnad collector Office in Zone No.2, by following the due procedures as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act and Rules, by considering the representation sent by this petitioner dated 27.08.2021 and 06.09.2021. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.SATHISH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the 7th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to implead the successful bidders as respondents 4 to 8 in W.P(MD).No.16302 of 2021.

2. Given the fact that the said persons are the successful bidders, they are necessary parties. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the writ petition.

3. Mr.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the seventh respondent.

4. Issue notice to the respondents 4 to 6 and 8 returnable in two weeks. Private notice is permitted.
