ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed modify the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition and the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.M.P.No.3595 of 2021 does not require any modification.
