ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an application dated 04.07.2016 before the first respondent seeking modification of the scheme decree. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions submitted that as on today no Board is functioning and as soon as the Board is constituted, they will consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

3.In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, immediately after constituting the Board. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.13690 of 2016 is closed.
