2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 19.02.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
