*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to restrain the respondents from opening TASMAC Shop in the Villages, namely Sadaiyankadu, Valankavayal and Kanathankathadu, in the district of Sivagangai.

2. The written instructions given by the District Manager, TASMAC, Sivagangai, dated 26 July, 2017, indicates that there is no proposal to locate the Shop in the Villages indicated above.

3. In view of the statement referred to above, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
