ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.16 of 2019 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294 (b) and 506(2) by the respondent police. The respondent police so far has not taken any action on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and the same is yet to be taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Since the investigation in the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate, the relief as such sought for by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
