This Writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to forbear them from registering any sale deed executed either by third respondent or her power agent pertaining the land admeasuring cents 45 with church building in Survey No.1142/1B2 at North Valliyoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2016.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition to seek remedy through will forum and also he has made an endorsement to that effect, it is stated as follows:- "Permit to withdraw this Writ petition.
