O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos-1 to 6 to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.09.2020.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that a case has been registered on the death of the petitioner's daughter in Crime No. 404 of 2020 under Section 174(3) of IPC, dated 1/3

15.06.2020 on the file of the third respondent police. He further would state that the names of A. Vinothkumar and A. Sundarammal were not mentioned in the FIR. The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint, dated 17.09.2020 has not been registered, till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that FIR has been registered and investigation is going to be completed. He further submitted that the respondent police has to file final report.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

7. Considering the submission made by both counsel, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.09.2020 as to the doubt raised on the death of his daughter and the respondent police has to investigate and consider the same while filing final report. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

8.With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
