ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey her lands situated in Survey No.3/1A1, 3/1A2A, 3/1A2B and 3/1B with an extent of 0.63.10, 0.6.70, 0.2.20 and 0.72.00 at Thanakankulam Village, Thiruparangundram Taluk, Madurai District by considering his online application dated 28.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. According to the petitioner, her father Mokkachamy Thevar purchased the subject property under a Sale Deed dated 12.04.1968. After the death of the petitioner's father, the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner and her siblings in the revenue records. The petitioner submitted an online application on 28.04.2025 in 2/4

A.No.2025/0123/24/012830 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's application will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025, seeking survey of the property and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhars in Patta.Nos.1568, 25872, 26212 and 23352 and other interested parties.
